04Your weights, with evidence safeguards
Set three weights totalling 100%. They are reused until changed and preserved with each assessment. Missing core evidence prevents a blended score. Overqualification is flagged without itself blocking assessment or generation. Document eligibility depends solely on competency, never on weights or aspirations.
