Information used by the service
JPS processes account details; CV and profile information such as roles, education and contact details; career goals; achievement stories; job descriptions; application documents; and networking notes you choose to provide. AI-assisted tools also process your prompts and relevant career context.
Why the information is used
The service uses this information to authenticate accounts, maintain career profiles, assess job fit, generate application drafts, prepare interview examples and provide the other tools you choose to use. Support correspondence is used to investigate and respond to your request.
Service providers and AI processing
The inspected application uses Supabase for authentication and database services, and Anthropic for AI processing. Relevant submitted content is sent to the AI service when an AI-assisted operation is requested. Google sign-in is offered as an option. The production hosting provider, processing countries, provider retention and provider training arrangements require confirmation before this policy is finalised.
Cookies and technical information
Authentication uses cookies to maintain account sessions. Production analytics, hosting logs and any additional cookie use must be checked against the deployed service before publication of a final policy.
Storage, retention and deletion
Career records and generated content are stored so the tools can reuse them. Exact retention periods, deletion handling and backup expiry are not yet confirmed in this draft. Do not interpret this draft as a promise of immediate or automatic erasure. Ask support about an access, correction or deletion request.
Your choices and requests
Provide only information needed for your career tasks and avoid including confidential information about other people or employers. You can review and correct editable profile information in the product. Email support@jpstudio.com for access, correction, deletion or a privacy complaint; identity may need to be verified before account information is disclosed or changed.
Before this policy becomes final
The operator must confirm its legal identity, actual providers and overseas locations, retention/deletion practices, complaint handling and deployed tracking. The final policy will state its effective date and describe how material changes are communicated.
