What JPS provides
JPS provides AI-assisted career tools, including role assessment, application drafting and interview preparation. Beta functionality can change and may contain errors. Free beta access is not a promise of permanent free service; any future paid offer needs its own clear pricing and conditions.
Your account and content
Keep your account credentials secure. Submit material you are entitled to use and avoid uploading other people’s confidential information. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your career facts and for reviewing documents and messages before using or sending them.
AI outputs and career decisions
AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Verified labels refer to user-confirmed source information, not independent background checks. Assessment scores are guidance rather than hiring probabilities. JPS does not guarantee interviews, employment, salary levels or negotiation outcomes.
Acceptable use
Do not use JPS to invent qualifications, impersonate others, infringe rights, access another person’s account or disrupt the service. Use generated drafts only after checking that their claims are accurate and appropriate.
Content rights — proposed approach
The proposed terms leave ownership of your submitted content with you and permit JPS to process it to provide requested services. The precise service licence and provider arrangements must be finalised by the operator before these terms are adopted.
Privacy and account questions
Read the privacy draft for the current data-handling description. Email support@jpstudio.com for account assistance, privacy requests or questions about ending use of the service. Retention and account-deletion procedures remain to be confirmed.
Rights and remaining terms
This draft does not seek to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Operator identity, eligibility, termination procedure, liability provisions, governing law and dispute handling require final review before publication as binding terms.
