How it works

Build the evidence once. Put it to work.

  1. 01

    Confirm your foundation

Upload or build your CV, confirm your facts, and capture real achievements as Situation, Obstacle, Action and Result stories.

  2. 02

    Choose where to focus

Assess a job against your demonstrated experience, current aspirations and longer-term direction.

  3. 03

    Build your application

For eligible roles, generate a tailored résumé and cover letter grounded in your confirmed facts, with fact auditing and evidence flags.

The Fit Assessor

A role can fit your experience.
Does it fit your direction?

01 / Demonstrated competency

What can you already prove?

Your confirmed skills and experience against the role’s hard requirements.

02 / Direction Fit

Is this what you want next?

How the role aligns with your current targets and stated priorities.

03 / Career development

Where could this take you?

How the role could grow you toward your longer-term destination.

Each dimension is explained and scored from 0–100. Set your own weights totalling 100%; each assessment preserves the weights used. Scores guide decisions, not hiring probabilities.

Missing core evidence means no blended score. Overqualification is flagged without itself blocking you. Application generation depends only on competency, regardless of your weights.

Built for

Fact discipline

Your real experience is the starting point.

JPS is designed to avoid invented facts: confirmed job titles stay locked, generated applications are fact-audited, and Verified/TBC tags distinguish confirmed evidence from claims needing confirmation.

Your profile is the source, and your review still matters. JPS does not independently verify your employment history or guarantee an interview.

Before you start

A few useful answers.

What does ‘verified’ mean?

It means information is traced to facts or achievements you confirmed in your profile. It is not an independent employment or credential check. Review generated documents before using them.

What do I need to get started?

Create an account, then upload or build your CV and confirm your career facts. Add real achievement stories and your career direction to give the tools useful evidence and context.

Can I generate an application for any role?

Document generation eligibility depends on demonstrated competency. Your aspirations, development score and personal assessment weights cannot unlock it. Missing core evidence also prevents a blended fit score.

What if I’m over-qualified?

JPS flags it and can suggest another approach, such as asking about a more senior opening. Overqualification itself does not block assessment or document generation.

Is JPS free?

JPS is free while in beta. This is not a promise of permanent free access; paid-plan details are not published on this page.
